If you are unable to Log In, you might need to change your Server Settings.
From the Log In page, you will notice grey text below the Forgot Password? text. It reads "You will be connected to: <Current Server> (change)".
If you do not recognize your Current Server, click on the text to change it.
Enter your Company Host URL (Server Address) and Company Host Port Number to change the Current Server.
You will need to contact your IT administrator or r-evolution support directly to get your server address and port number if you don't know it already. Click here to submit a request.
If the server address and port number have been updated correctly, you should be able to Log In to your account.
